Sand Canyon Internists Join Family Medicine and Pediatric Physicians at East Yale Loop Office
Our Sand Canyon office Internal Medicine physicians have
packed up their stethoscopes and moved to our other Irvine location.
On June 29th, the Internal Medicine physicians from the Bristol Park Irvine Sand Canyon location began seeing patients in the Bristol Park Irvine, East Yale Loop office after closing the doors on the office Sand Canyon office on June 24. Drs. Alan Israel and Tim Chen are in Suite B; and Drs. Anthony Wong, Keith Lee, and Gracia Covarrubias, are in Suite D.
The decision to move the physicians and close Sand Canyon was made after substantial review and discussion. First and foremost were patient considerations. We wanted to make sure that this move would offer more conveniences to patients by enhancing their access to more healthcare services all in one location. Along with the same services that had been available at Sand Canyon, Yale Loop offers additional services: routine x-rays, osteoporosis screening, and the option of seeing the on-site Family Medicine physicians as well as the Internists. An added bonus of the move is accessibility and parking. Building access is easier because parking at Yale Loop is closer to the building, less congested, and some is even covered. All these combine to enhance the convenience of having so much under one roof. The address is 250 E. Yale Loop, Suite 200, Irvine, 92604. Appointments can be made by calling (949) 551-1090.
Newly Rebuilt Costa Mesa Office Shines for Patients and Staff.
Opened on June 15, the new Costa Mesa office is garnering compliments from everyone.
But first a recap: Last year it was decided to finally teardown the first Bristol Park office building, built in 1961, and build a brand new office on the original site.
Returning to the Costa Mesa location are Family Medicine physicians, David Chun, MD, and Joseph Horesji, MD, along with Pediatrician, Robert Islas, MD. Joining them are Family Medicine physicians: David Kim, MD, from the Irvine Yale Loop office, and Ena Kariya, MD, from the Mission Viejo-Madero office.
The facility manager reports: “The patients are absolutely thrilled with the new building, especially the returning long-time patients; some have even come by just to see it before their next appointment. All in all, they have nothing but great things to say about the new facility. Even people in the surrounding areas/businesses are pleased, saying how impressive the new building is and how it has given a “face-lift” to the whole area.”
The physicians are also enthusiastic about the office, particularly the returning ones. “The new office is awesome, I love it,” says Dr. Islas. Dr. Horejsi, Costa Mesa’s “senior” physician having spent 21 of his 22 years in the old building, says he too loves the new building, but has more to say on what makes the office so great. “The Costa Mesa office is beautiful. What has always made Costa Mesa special though are the people that work in the office and it is wonderful to be working with such a great team again.”
All the physicians are accepting new patients and appointments can be made by calling (714) 557-6300.
